Rules for Consultations:

  • 24 hr. advanced notice of cancellation required. Otherwise, missed meetings will count as having met.
  • YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING APPOINTMENTS.  It is your business and your process.  If we are not meeting, it is your choice.  We will not hound you for a meeting. If you want to meet and no times work, contact me to look at alternative times.
  • All assigned work must be completed and returned 24 hrs before consultations so we may review and prepare.  This ensures progress toward your goals.  If you are unable to complete it or partially completed, email us to determine whether to cancel or not.

New to Tungle?

If you are unfamiliar with Tungle (scheduling calendar), it is simple and eliminates the “back and forth” of scheduling. You will be prompted to select your time zone (the calendar times will be “translated” so schedule according to your time zone and availabilities). You can then select the meeting length near the top (usually 30min-1hr) and then simply select whatever times work for you.  If you select more than one time, I will then confirm one of those times for the appointment.  If you have issues with this, email me at billy@thebizblueprint.com.  Click on the button below to view the calendar availability.

Business Habits is all about the fundamentals of the business owner.  As a business owner, everything that you do in your business starts with you.  Your employee’s attitude, goal setting, understanding the vision.  It’s all you.  The great part about this is that this is the very reason why you went into business for yourself.

This workshop covers:

  • Identifying how you are working on the business and putting a plan together to be effective
  • Understand the best productivity system for you.
  • How to read your P&L, understanding what margins and ratios you may be looking for as well as what other reports you may need to be looking at.

Program Overview

Congratulations on choosing the Business FastTrack coaching process.  Our main focus is to assist you in structuring your business for growth.

Growth comes from many different areas of your business:

  • Your ideas
  • Your Time
  • Your relationships
  • Your message
  • Effective use of your existing resources

Just to name a few.  The Mental FastTrack tagline is “Achieving Breakthrough Productivity”.  We havetailored your coaching process to allow you to do just that.

It starts with your ideas and how you can better filter them and ends with taking a look at everythingyou learned and turning it into one cohesive strategy for your business.

Along the way we will also customize the process to address your most pressing concerns that yourbusiness is currently facing.  Your coach will even assist you in the completion of various projects thatyou have deemed critical to your business.

Your program typically follows 6 stages consisting of 12 individual meetings and 4 Quarterly Quantum events as well as support from the My Business World Coaching Club.

Below is a breakdown of each:

Stage 1: Business Habits

This is where it all starts for you as a business owner.  Habits can either be a valuable asset or a destructive master for you.  Create the right habits and success will follow.  Create the wrong habits and your business is always in uphill climb.  In this stage you will learn:

  • How to structure your work week to ensure that you are working on the most important things in your business.
  • How to structure your work week efficiently.
  • Look at limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.
  • Pinpoint specific success roadblocks and come up with a strategy to remove them.

Stage 2: Vision

To the individual business owner, your idea for your business seems very clear and concise to you.  However, that is not always the case for your clients and employees.  We work on the foundation ofyour business here which is the vision around it.  It’s impossible to move your business forwardproductively without a clear message behind it.

You will learn in this stage:

  1. How to Present a clear vision to those you work with
  2. How to create a vision that you are inspired by.
  3. Creating ways to focus on what is most important, create clarity in your vision, and expand
  4. How to take practical steps to implement the vision

Stage 3: Strategic Planning

Oh no.  There are two words that scare business owners.  The first is strategic and the second is planning.  While this terminology may sounds scary, it doesn’t need to be terribly difficult to implement in your business.  This stage focuses on how to set the right strategy for your business and how to manage that strategy for success.

In this stage you will work on:

  • How to set and manage by objectives.
  • Managing a successful team.
  • Completing projects efficiently.

Stage 4: Relationship Optimizer

Relationships are critical component to your business success.  Even though we know the previousstatement to be true, we don’t always treat our business relationships with the level of importance thatwe should.  Communicating with your team and assessing your team’s abilities are processes that getoverlooked in a business.In this stage we will cover:

  1. How to identify and cultivate winning relationships
  2. How to identify your top relationships and how to eliminate those overly consumingrelationships
  3. How to tap into people’s strengths
  4. Identifying your businesses and your individual assets
  5. How to address and strategize the liabilities of your business by being resourceful with existingrelationships
  6. Creating referral sources

Stage 5: Quantum Marketing

If you ask a business owner what their most pressing need in their business is, about 80% of the time itwill be marketing their business.  You would think because of this need that would cover this first.  Thereality is that to be an effective marketer your business needs to sit on the proper foundation to allow itto grow.  The previous stages have communicated how to build the foundation, now we can finishbuilding your company on that foundation with sound marketing principles.  In this section you will learn:

  1. How to systematize aspects of marketing by creating  a marketing and public relations kit
  2. Practical tools to implement immediately to improve your marketing, including what marketingavenues are best for your particular business and market.
  3. How to build your expertise in the market and establish trust through marketing
  4. Exercises to build your marketing standards throughout your firm
  5. Discover what clients have been best in the past and how to attract more of the best clientele
  6. How to track, organize, and keep in touch with your existing clients and prospects

Stage 6: Maximizing Mental Capital

During the Maximizing Mental Capital stage you will not only learn how to effectively turn your MentalCapital into products, but you will actually begin to create your own salable product(s) during thisprocess.  You will also discover better ways of selling, leveraging, and positioning your product throughmulti‐dimensional marketing, identifying resources, and shortening the cycle of creation.  In this stage you will cover:

  1. Learn how to generate and utilize Relationship Capital, Mental Capital, and Financial Capital tolaunch your products successfully
  2. Identify smarter and more efficient ways of creating, selling, leveraging, and positioning yourproducts
  3. Receive proprietary tools and systems for creating products, map out and create valuableproducts right at the event that you can then turn around and profit from.

Stage 6 is the completion of your individual coaching process.  During this time you will also be invited toparticipate in our Quarterly Quantum events.

About Your Consultant

Brandon Allen

Here’s the skinny on me.  I am a  business coach and consultant with the Business Blueprint.  If you are reading this bio then you also know that I do a lot of coaching work for Freedom FastTrack in helping their members achieve success in their business.

You should know that I have never saved a baby from a burning building or scaled Mt. Everest.  However, through years of running different operations in corporate America and through my own experience as an entrepreneur,  I have an uncanny knack for seeing other business owner’s vision and putting that into a clear, actionable plan for success.  I am passionate about the fact that the purest way to express your Soul Purpose is through running your own business.

After getting a degree in Economics, I spent ten years in corporate America in banking and finance and another 2 years with Freedom FastTrack as their COO, because of this experience I understand the working of big companies and small ones alike.

I have helped entrepreneurs become New York Times best sellers, get on the Inc. 500 list as well as other accomplishments.  I love working on various projects and am persistent in achieving objectives.

I am the author of the small business blog, Build Your Soul Purpose.  My blog was created because of my experience working for others (good and bad) and my own journey towards discovering my Soul Purpose.  When you go out on your own, most people will say you are crazy.  Build Your Soul Purpose is about building up and educating entrepreneurs. You’re not crazy for starting a business.  You’re crazy if you don’t.

When I am not coaching or writing I, along with his wife and 4 cute little girls, live in Salt Lake City, Utah. When asked to describe myself, I will tell you that I am “funny, charming, interesting, and handsome,” all of which claims are highly questionable other than the first. I enjoy triathlons, sports, music, hanging out with family, and reading when I am not busy helping others capitalize on their potential.
