I came to The Business Blueprint as someone who knows a lot about my field, but next to nothing about running a business and you gave me the tools and personal guidance I needed to succeed. With your information and personal guidance on my side, it didn't take long before I had the faith and knowledge to know that I could actually do this!

C.H.A.I.N. Methodology
What is the C.H.A.I.N. Method?
Simply the proven method we utilize to bring about powerful reactions with our clients (hence the CHAIN Reaction Process!). It is a way to guide us through the exploration and implementation processes that lead to lasting impact and deep understanding of Total Experience Design. This method helps us link Experience Design to profitable and manageable growth.
The components of CHAIN:
C ollect & Create
This is the foundation setting stage. This component allows us to understand where we are at currently and begin to pour forth the possibilities. Unfortunately, many business owners and executives are somewhat in the dark on their current position. We’ve been there and we want to ensure we know where we are before we plan our next steps. During this stage, we begin to explore business-related habits, identify and begin to develop the vision, and uncover underdeveloped opportunities.
H arness & Hone
This component is about taking all the creative ideas, collected resources, and whatever else we discovered during the first component and developing some initial objectives. This is a matter of honing in on the key areas that will take drastically improve our experience design and improve profitability, efficiency, and success. This is where we start to implement systems, from individual productivity systems to team-wide idea management and unity around the mission.
A nalyze & Adjust
The details matter, especially measurable details. It is important to identify the key benchmarks that will let us know when we are achieving progress. It is time to explore responsibilities and roles as well as analyze the numbers and data behind many of the great ideas and initiatives generated throughout the process. This is no picnic, the process is designed to deliver results at all fronts, including substantial increases in profitability. Its not all about the numbers but they sure can tell us a lot about what is going on and what adjustments need to be made. This is the time to ensure the teams are properly constructed or on their way to be.
I mplement
Time to put the rubber to the road. No more excuses, no “analysis paralysis.” Time to DO. This component is the critical game changer that will define the work we’ve done up to now. Having a plan of execution, accountability assigned, a key communication structure and consistent follow-up are all critical here.
N urture
So we’ve had the baby… are we done? NO SIR! Its time to be responsible parents and raise this thing to productive adulthood. Change is difficult and odds are that any changes you make will completely fail if you don’t nurture them beyond simple implementation. This step is about ensuring any improvements and innovations are engrained in your company culture, giving them life for years to come.
This simple method combined with our Triad Approach & Implementation Strategy will maximize effectiveness and ensure you have all you need to turn your business into a more profitable & powerful experience.
