We all learn and grow in different ways. What is effective for some is not so effective for others. Since we are not going to run your business for you, we wanted to ensure you had the tools and understanding necessary to take any work we do together to heart, instilling it throughout your organization. To do this most effectively, we employ a Triad Approach which connects with you from 3 perspectives and ensures a more productive connection the way you need it as well as an overall more profound experience.
The Triad Approach
One-on-One
This is the work we do directly with you, just you (and your team) and us. One organization to another. This is the most specific work we will do together, discussing and exploring your specific, targeted strategies. These take place as 1 hour sessions at regular intervals such as every 2 weeks to maintain momentum.
One-to-Many
Throughout our work together, we will host group business workshops of about 30 participants from various businesses and industries in Salt Lake City. These business workshops are topic-specific and allow us to get you out of your regular element for a few days and delve deeper into the area of focus. Typically, businesses have 1 to 3 people represented, one being the owner/ key decision maker. We host these business workshops in Salt Lake City, Utah although other locations will likely be added in the future.
Many-to-Many
Finally, all clients have access to the My Business World Premium Coaching Club. This monthly membership is included for all active consulting clients. Each month, we have live trainings, reveal new resources, materials, and much more. This membership is an online membership with teleseminar trainings and optional live events a few times a year. This membership allows more multi-faceted interactions between members AND experts. With a dedicated and robust membership site as well as utilization of facebook groups and more, we ensure you always have a way to get the information and support you need.
Discovery starts with a FREE analysis wherein we help you take a look at where you are at currently and some key steps and areas to focus on improving.
